Pick your own berries near the lakeshore.
58 acres near Glenn, Michigan — transitioning to organic, open during season from 10 a.m.-2p.m. and 5p.m.-7p.m. no reservation needed. Morning is the best time. The rows are walkable and the berries are ready.
What to expect when you arrive
Open this summer, no reservation needed
Park on-site and walk directly to the rows. Staff will point you to the ripest sections that day. You pick, you weigh, you pay at the stand.
U-pick runs through blueberry season — typically late June through August. Arrive in the morning while the berries are cool. We'll have picking containers on-site.
Berries are transitioning to organic — not yet certified, but no synthetic pesticides. The soil program is ongoing and the difference is in the fruit.
The café and fresh market are still in progress — check back for updates.
Exit 30 off I-96, Blue Star Highway
Glenn Star Farm sits along Blue Star Highway near Glenn, Michigan. Take Exit 30 from I-96 and follow the highway toward the lakeshore. Parking is on-site.
Come ready to pick
Wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hat — the rows are open and the sun is real. We provide picking containers. Cash and card accepted at the stand.
